The article examines the current problem of the growth of cyberattacks on the critical information infrastructure of the Russian Federation. It is noted that cyberattacks currently constitute the main threat to the implementation of the Information Society Development Strategy in the Russian Federation for 2017-2030, approved by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of May 9, 2017 No. 203. Reliable protection of IT systems today requires a holistic approach to the concept of security, a unified, unified infrastructure is needed that will prevent any attack in real time".
This article deals with the national security strategy as a basic element of strategic planning. The author’s focus is on identification of a normative nature of the strategy as a document of strategic planning and, respectively, detection of its place in the legal system of the Russian federation.
The article analyzes the problems of providing the mechanism of national security of Russia in the political and legal dimension, considers various approaches to optimization of this mechanism and solving existing issues of political and legal support of national security of our country.
The article analyzes some theoretical and methodological problems of legal support of the concept of "security" in the national security system of the Russian Federation. Based on the analysis of the regulatory framework and the opinions of various legal scholars, the conclusion is made about the applied nature of the process of actualizing the problems of national security, which includes the modernization of approaches, concepts and content.
In the context of the modern confrontation between the Russian Federation and unfriendly foreign countries, an analysis of the historical experience of our country in the field of independent state financial policy is becoming especially relevant. It is necessary to clearly identify those sides of domestic and foreign financial policy that weakened or, conversely, strengthened the country's financial sovereignty. The experience of the USSR in the first decades of its formation is especially informative in this area, since it was during this period of time that our country expe-rienced the entire range of instruments of financial war, which some powers use against Russia today.
