The paper considers questions of economic identity of the region and its influence on the formation of network forms of cooperation in the regional economy. The authors substantiate the role of core competencies in the network economy of the region and allocate axioms and laws of the competitive advantages of the region in the context of the network economy.

The article considers a developing phenomenon – seterature. The main emphasis is on the use of seterature by schoolchildren and students, the formulation of the problem of using the capabilities of seture in the educational process.
