Views of scholars on the structure qualities of the "ideal" teacher in the whole match should take into account the organizational skills, professional skills and personal quali-ties of a teacher. The study showed that for students are the most valuable competence and skill of the lecturer increase the interest in learning, as well his kindness, cheerfulness and sense of humor. While senior students appreciate the creativity and the mind of the teacher, and students of junior courses – fairness, responsiveness and willingness to help.

. In modern society, it is necessary to develop organizational skills and abilities, starting from primary school age. This is possible under specially created psychological and pedagogical conditions: inclusion of fourth-graders in the cooperative creative activity of the teacher and students, creation of a personality-oriented educational environment, taking into account the age characteristics of students. The purpose of the article is to reveal the psychological and pedagogical conditions for the development of organizational skills in fourth-graders. The theoretical significance of the research is in description of the organizational skills development among fourth-graders in the creative workshop. The practical significance of the study lies in working out and implementation of a series of measures aimed at developing organizational skills in fourth-graders.

The article proves the importance of communicative and organizational skills among graduates of the bachelor's degree in nursing, who will work in various types of professional activities: clinical practice; organizational and managerial; pedagogical; re-search.It is shown that the involvement of students in project activities is one of the effec-tive ways to improve the communicative and organizational skills of future head nurses of the department and head nurses of various medical organizations. After conducting a study on the formation of communicative and organizational skills by integrating the re-search work of students / project into the educational process, into educational and indus-trial practice, the results of the intermediate survey increased by 1 level, and such indica-tors as «communicative skills» among students of the 2nd year and «Organizational skills» in the 4th year increased by 2 levels.
