The article analyzes the reasons for improvement, identified inconsistencies effects of organizational struc-ture requirements of the production process in the organization, as well as reflect the factors that must be considered when improving the organizational structure. The article reflects the defective items, prompting the organization to make the process of optimization of the organizational structure.
The article reveals the organizational structure of managing the process of forming a healthy lifestyle of children by means of project activities. It outlines ways to coordinate the actions of participants in the educational process in matters of project activities in a pre-school educational institution. Among the core factors of successful management of the teaching staff formation the author highlights goal- setting , subject-subject interaction, consistency of participants, high professional competence of the teaching staff.
The article reveals the organizational structure of innovation management in secondary schools, outlines ways to coordinate the actions of participants in the educational process in matters of innovation in an educational organization. As the main factors of successful management of innovative activities of the teaching staff, the author highlights: goal setting, subject-subject interaction, consistency of participants, high professional competence of the teaching staff.
The article is devoted to the design of the organizational structure of the management of the MOE "Rodnikovskaya secondary school No. 32". The analysis of the current organizational structure of this school revealed a number of problems that require mandatory solutions. A program passport for the formation and implementation of an improved organizational structure of the school has been developed. The authors propose the most effective and rational organizational structure of the MOE "Rodnikovskaya Secondary School No. 32". The main goals and objectives of the developed program are defined, the expected results are determined. The optimized organizational structure of the management, according to the authors, will solve the main problems of the MOE "Rodnikovskaya Secondary School No. 32".
The paper considers the improvement of the organizational structure of JSC «TMZ named after V.V. Vorovsky», taking into account the fact that the orientation to the market economy has changed the content of the management apparatus and organizational structures. At the same time, the issues of choosing rational organizational structures and intra-company relations become key, determining the main trends of organizational changes and development of the enterprise from the position of implementing its strategy.
