The author focuses on one of the most important tasks of the modern education - the formation of the research culture of high school students. In organizing and conducting the pedagogical monitoring the diagnostic concept was made, the toolbox that allows you to determine the degree of formation of this phenomenon was also created. The study suggests that the educational environment must include virtually all aspects of human life and create all the necessary conditions for the formation of research culture at school.

The paper theoretically justifies and describes the main stages of monitoring of the reflexively conditioned students’ logical thinking; the content of the pedagogical monitoring of the development of students’ logical thinking; possible approaches to the organization of work on the diagnosis of developmental levels of students’ logical thinking and logical reflection and the readiness of students to the logical self-development.
This article examines the specific aspects of quality management of supplemental education in the specific environment of All-Russian Children's Centers (VDCs). Key challenges associated with the short duration of educational programs, the high turnover of students, and the integration of the educational component are analyzed. The heterogeneity of the program base, the seasonal nature of activities, and the multiplicity of regional practices create difficulties in assessing educational outcomes. This leads to a fragmented educational process, insufficient consideration of children's individual needs, and an increased workload for specialists. These problems require the development of comprehensive solutions to ensure the sustainable development of the educational environment.
