The work noted the relevance of the chosen topic, which lies in the fact that only personnel with the necessary competencies and timely training will enable the enterprise as a whole to achieve its goals. The article deals with the problems faced by modern enterprises in the formation of a training system at the enterprise. The paper also defines the stages that an organization needs to go through in order to form a truly effective system of personnel training at an enterprise. At the end of the article, it is concluded that it is necessary to organize feedback between employees and employers based on the results of the training, in order to track its effectiveness.
