The reason is not hard to find. After all, learning is the main process in our lives. With it, the individual adapts to the surrounding reality, using the experience of previous generations. Pollsters treat learning as a relatively permanent change in human behavior or abilities, which is a consequence of experience. For society, education is a very important process and one can not let go of it to chance. The Company may take on the task to transmit certain attitudes, knowledge and skills of its members through formal training - what sociologists call education. Education is one of the aspects of human socialization, it can be attached to the individual culture becomes necessary for his life in a society, forms of behavior. It is a process in which some individuals have the status of teachers, and others - the student performing the role corresponding to these statuses. The role of parents in the education system takes paramount. The relevance of the chosen theme is that in Russian society there are various changes in economic, political and social terms. These changes affected the education system. They touched almost all its elements - the content of education, methods and forms of learning, evaluation methods, management structures, funding, etc. There is a transformation of the education system and we need to define the role of parents in the education of children in this transformation.

The authors identify and revealthe degree of attitudes of "process-result" and "altruism-egoism" using independent empirical research. The authors compare the socio-psychological attitudes of the first-and second-year boys and girls.

Introduction of significant changes in terms of positions on upbringing and educational work to the Federal Law "On Education in the Russian Federation" dated December 29, 2012 No. 273-FL in 2020 actualize mass educational work, including vocational education. Such significant changes at the government level are practically the first massive ones since the 90s, taking into account the Law on Education, which was in force in those years, in which there were no positions on upbringing. The article provides an analysis of the domestic and foreign experience of student self-government, reveals the main factors of motivating the younger generation for voluntary activities of the head of the student association. From the point of view of psychology and pedagogy of vocational education, educational work at a university differs significantly from the well-known approaches and practices in school education. One of the differences is the work of student associations as subjects of such activities. With a large practice of university work with student associations, this activity in universities is not always effective in the upbringing aspect. The student association itself often does not have information and competences for building its activity in a modern university, including its target, content and technological positions. The work of the authors is aimed at identifying the grounds for designing the effective activity of a student association at a university in order to develop the subjective position of students in relation to the university and their own educational activity. The article proposes the ideas for the effective work of the student association, its content and characteristics. The formation of the student's subjective position in relation to their own education is presented by the authors as one of the ideas for the work of such an association. The application of the presented ideas in the practice of modern upbringing work of the university contributes to the achievement of mutual satisfaction of the interests of the university and members of student associations. The methodological basis of the work is the systemic, axiological, activity-oriented, competence-based approaches. The significance of the ideas presented lies in the possibility of their practical application in the work of student associations.
The article discusses and analyzes the organization of the personnel training system at the enterprise. The work noted the relevance of the chosen topic, which lies in the fact that only personnel with the necessary competencies and timely training will enable the enterprise as a whole to achieve its goals. The article deals with the problems faced by modern enterprises in the formation of a training system at the enterprise. The paper also defines the stages that an organization needs to go through in order to form a truly effective system of personnel training at an enterprise. At the end of the article, it is concluded that it is necessary to organize feedback between employees and employers based on the results of the training, in order to track its effectiveness.
