Studying the needs of personnel in an organization is a key factor in achieving high work motivation of personnel today. The article discusses various approaches to the concept of need, as well as the motivational process itself. They are widely used to understand and improve employee performance. The purpose of the article is to diagnose the dominant needs of personnel in an organization and their impact on the motivation to work. The results of the study can be used as a basis for improving motivation systems for personnel in commercial organizations.
The article is devoted to the problems of personnel competitiveness management in the context of the formation of a model of personnel competencies as a way to ensure its competitiveness. The relevance of this study is due to several factors, including the positioning of personnel as a key resource of the enterprise, the recognition of employee competence as the dominant parameter of its competitiveness, as well as the lack of adequate methodological tools capable of adapting to changing business conditions.
The article discusses some economic issues that affect the work of public health medical organizations, based on our own experience of ongoing medical and expert work. The completeness of the examination and the correct treatment of patients largely determine the quality of life of the Russian population. A view is reflected on some ways to improve the management system of the medical industry involved in preserving and strengthening the health of citizens, from the standpoint of economic impact on medical organizations and doctors carrying out diagnostic and treatment work, leading to increased efficiency and quality of medical care.
The article reveals the advantages and opportunities of the constructed TLC «Orsha-Beltamozhservice» for the provision of transport and logistics services. It is revealed that the services provided are carried out using modern digital technologies. The analysis showed that the personnel of the enterprise has a high level of education. Retraining and advanced training courses for personnel contribute to the acquisition of special knowledge and competencies for working on digital Platforms.
In the context of the digitalization of the economy, the issues of effective management of personnel costs are becoming particularly relevant. This topic covers the analysis and identification of priority areas for optimizing labor costs, the use of innovative technologies to increase productivity and reduce excess costs. The article discusses key optimization strategies, such as process automation, and improvement of personnel management systems using digital solutions. The emphasis is placed on the need to adapt to the changing technological landscape and the introduction of flexible personnel management methods, which contributes not only to cost savings, but also to increasing the competitiveness of organizations in the context of digital transformation.
