Without consistent approach to understanding of work motivation and without actual demand for the research from management, there is a need to create a "working concept" of motivation and to undertake its study. Motivation is a system-forming factor that organizes, regulates and supports a person's professional activity. Motivation is the process of formation and implementation of the motive that goes through the period of professional development and transformation. Motivation has different levels of awareness of the subject of activity, as well as its own structure.
Academic mobility is currently an integral part of the educational process. In the era of integration of societies and cultures, academic mobility is one of the first places of personal and professional development. Students and teaching staff must keep up with the times, and in this case, lifelong learning allows you to improve professional qualities that change the composition and characteristics of the individual in a certain time period. Experience and personal characteristics always interact with each other in this process, and professionalism is the result of this Union.
This article discusses the concept of professional ethics, the principles and requirements of the Code of Ethics of Professional Accountants developed by the International Federation of Accountants (IFB), the structure of the Code of Professional Ethics of the members of the NP IPB of Russia, as well as the main aspects of the professional activity of an accountant.
The subject of the study is practical training in a professional school. The purpose of the study is to consider the main problems of its organization. It is shown that there is a discrepancy between practical training in a vocational school and industrial realities, which significantly reduces the effectiveness of mastering the competencies required by the graduate. It is proved that the problem of intensification of practice-oriented training in our country will be solved by the Federal project «Professionalism» – a new program for training middle-level personnel. The advantages of professionalism as an effective means of solving problems, contradictions and difficulties of practical training in professions and specialties of secondary vocational education are shown.
The article reveals the current trends in the professional development of the teacher, de-manded by the modern school. The directions in changing views and approaches of the teacher to the development of their own professional and personal competencies, efficient resolution of issues, ability to work with group, use of social media and distant education methods, training of patriotism and the use of developmental education based on the achievements of pedagogical science and modern technologies are determined
