The article considers the ways of organizing project-technological practice for students of Master’s programme “Teacher Education”. The requirements in the sphere of education demand the development of the so called soft skills of graduates: teamwork, cooperation, leadership, flexibility, motivation.

The article considers the problems of organizing students’ practically-oriented training in the field of teaching foreign languages. Some aspects of realizing academic awareness practice of Bachelor’s programme students and project-technological practice of Master’s programme students are discussed. The experience of realizing these types of practice at the Institute of History, Philosophy and Political Studies of Ryazan State University named for S. Yessenin is given as an example.
