The article considers the issues of the small businesses support in modern conditions in the regions of Russia.

The article is devoted to analysis of the domestic industry ROS-these at the present stage. The paper pro-posed to solve the problems of the national-governmental industry, the use of the mechanism of state-private partnership, which would reduce the burden on the budget, and to share the risks between govern-ment and private business.

The article considers peculiarities of the application of public-private partnerships as a tool for stimulating innovation and investment activity of private capital and ensuring the most effective combination of interests of state and business structures.
