ART 85005
For the first time shows the compositions of the ceramic material for the production of aluminum-based kislotouporov waste non-ferrous metals without the use of traditional natural materials. Using the aluminum-containing wastes more than 50% Al2O3 in the ceramic mass promotes formation of α-Al2O3 and mullite that enhance physical, mechanical and chemical properties of the product. Use of aluminum-containing waste containing less than 30% Al2O3 in the ceramic mass does not contribute to the formation of α-Al2O3, but promotes the formation of mullite. When using aluminum-containing waste containing increased amounts of alkali (R2O> 11%), cristobalite is formed, which adversely affects the physical and mechanical properties of ceramic composite materials.
This article includes tasks in various areas of functional literacy (reading literacy, mathematical literacy, natural science literacy, global competencies and creative thinking). All materials are united by a common theme: "Granite". The tasks are designed for students of grades 5–7, taking into account the age characteristics of children. The work is aimed at developing the individual's abilities to formulate, apply and interpret knowledge in a variety of contexts. The illustrations used in the work are taken from open sources on the Internet.
