The article raises the question of improving readership in the process of preparing and conducting creative tests in high school. Certain types of creative standings are considered and the experience of holding a literary drawing room based on the comedy by A. S. Griboedov "Woe from Wit." The conclusion is made about the high educational, developmental and educational potential of various forms of creative standings.
