The paper is devoted to nomadism as a sociocultural phenomenon. The authors views approaches to nomadism. It is argued that the rapid development of technology makes a person free, as in a virtualized environment today focuses all sorts of information that allows the person not to become attached to a particular place. We analyze the philosophy and lifestyle of photographer-nomad, describe the pros and cons of nomadism. The report explores the problems of analysis of the economic component of precarious employment of digital nomads, related forms of employment and organization of life and business space. Dealing with matters related to the peculiarities of economic management career management of digital nomads. Lifestyle of digital nomads suggests that they build and develop their own career, taking all the risks of precarious employment, financial instability, search of new employers, non-payment. Often, this leads to that the career is not reduced to the same occupation, the same type of work, one employer customer. Building a career, digital nomads themselves must invest efforts in the development of individual resources, thus losing the traditional sense of the importance of formal education. In the foreground, except for professional or emerging skills such as the ability to functionally organize personal time, control proceeds to consider the need for professional development.

This article risk management of innovative educational projects is seen as the project management section, which includes the processes related to the definition, analysis and the development of appropriate responses to the risks of the project. Based on the analysis of risk management programs for specific innovative educational projects identified risk management issues in innovative educational projects that are associated with variability, complexity, scale themselves innovative educational projects, which occurs in a continuous modernization of education, as well as insufficient attention to the identification procedures, qualitative assessment and quantitative risk analysis throughout the life cycle of innovative educational projects. To solve these problems will allow the use of the capacity of a systematic approach to risk management of innovative educational projects, providing comprehensive implementation of the risk management function at all stages of the management process.
