The article is devoted to the application of information technologies at the enterprises of agro-industrial complex of Krasnodar region for the analysis of financial-economic activity. The author also analyses the development of the agriculture sector, market of information technologies, applications software products in the activities of agricultural enterprises.

The paper discusses the need for understanding and tolerance of students in accordance with the urgent problems of our society by means of pedagogical tools with the use of problem-training model in development of students tolerance to Ukrainian citizens forced to leave the country.

The paper deals with a review of the condition of certification under ISO 9000 standards at the Russian enterprises and a comparison with the international experience of certification. It is marked that, despite active advancement of ISO 9000standards, the degree of quality in machine industry is not high enough. It is underlined that the accent on document circulation leads to the problems in quality management. The solution of quality management problem should begin with the engineering procedure analysis. For simulation and process analysis the author offers to use the methods of mathematical information theory enabling more exact and safe outcomes in comparison with traditional modes. The example of manufacturing a cartridge is considered. It is proved that at the initial stage of the analysis it is possible to give recommendations about a 30 % reduction of the amount of control operations.

The dynamic mathematical model of processes of change of escapes of a Fuel-air mixture and the fulfilled gases from an internal combustion engine combustion chamber is developed. The applied program of simulation of dynamics of processes in the environment of visual graphic programming Simulink is developed. Results of probe of model for engine VAZ2126 are resulted.
