The paper deals with a review of the condition of certification under ISO 9000 standards at the Russian enterprises and a comparison with the international experience of certification. It is marked that, despite active advancement of ISO 9000standards, the degree of quality in machine industry is not high enough. It is underlined that the accent on document circulation leads to the problems in quality management. The solution of quality management problem should begin with the engineering procedure analysis.
For simulation and process analysis the author offers to use the methods of mathematical information theory enabling more exact and safe outcomes in comparison with traditional modes. The example of manufacturing a cartridge is considered. It is proved that at the initial stage of the analysis it is possible to give recommendations about a 30 % reduction of the amount of control operations.

The significant role of archaic ideas about the phenomenon of “chaos” in the structure of consciousness makes clear the meaning of the term «chaos» in social philosophy and sociology. In recent decades, science was the destruction of the classical mechanism and such theories as quantum physics, non-equilibrium thermodynamics, statistical physics, and particularly synergy developed, which were the main reasons for the increased attention to the paradigm of chaos. Modern science tries to understand how order emerges out of chaos and views the theory of synergy. In the article the attempt of analysis of the process of transformation of chaos to social order with the use of a synergistic approach.
A historical analysis of the definition of life (living organism) in the concept of thermodynamic ecology is carried out. The basic characteristic properties of a living organism from inanimate matter are formulated. The prospects of precisely the thermodynamic approach to determining the living are shown. The role of Kelvin, Clausius, Bauer in the formation of approaches to the definition of life is analyzed. The theory of "negative entropy" of Schrödinger is stated.
This scientific article is devoted to the description of the mechanism of change of solar energy entering the Earth in the framework of the laws of thermodynamics. The analysis of the influence of solar energy on any elements of the ecosystem is carried out.
