In article the analysis and synthesis of experience of use of domestic Armed Forces of the USSR and the Russian Federation in internal regional armed conflicts is carried out. Questions of application of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in fight against the international terrorism, performance of peacekeeping operations by Russia in the former Soviet Union are considered. The carried-out analysis of scientific literature has shown that the Soviet Union and the Russian Federation used the Armed forces in the territory of the USSR and the former Soviet Union in armed conflicts and conflict situations during global changes in the socio-political, ideological and economic sphere before and after the collapse of the USSR for the purpose of restoration of the constitutional legality and law and order, prevention of disintegration of the state.

The article explores the role of national-Russian bilingualism as a foundation for cultural interaction and educational cooperation between Russia and South Ossetia. It discusses the activities of the Open Education Center in South Ossetia and the "Russian Teacher Abroad" pro-gram, which contribute to strengthening bilingual education. The article also addresses the chal-lenges and prospects of developing bilingual education and proposes solutions through joint pro-jects and teacher training.

This article examines the activities of Armavir State Pedagogical University (ASPU) in implementing international educational projects in the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Abkhazia, and the Republic of South Ossetia. Based on an analysis of specific work results for 2025, key principles determining the effectiveness of these activities are identified and characterized: relevance, integration, interactivity, and practice-oriented approach. ASPU projects, aligned with Russian state initiatives promoting the Russian language and education, serve as an effective tool for strengthening humanitarian and cultural ties and creating a common educational and value space.
