In the article the questions of application of the method of circuit training for the development of power quality in the training of players in the senior school age. Many researchers proposed to improve the strength abilities of the players of high school age physical exercise with increased resistance.
In the present study, using an applied strength program as part of a physical education lesson lasting 15-20 minutes for eight weeks, the authors were convinced that the experimental group showed higher performance compared to the control group in all the test exercises studied. Therefore, it is proposed to develop various strength programs for use as part of a physical education lesson in high school in order to improve the physical qualities of adolescents, while, according to the authors, the approaches currently used do not give a significant increase in their strength component in physical development. The authors found that the traditional practice of physical education in the control group did not cause a significant increase in the level of strength in the upper and lower extremities, as in the experimental group, which performed the proposed exercises according to the scheme developed by us twice a week for eight weeks.
