The author describes the experiment carried out on the basis of Children's Culture House of Vladikavkaz, presents the results of the experiment and draws the conclusions that the development of the subjectivity, carried out in the institutions of supplementary education, positively impacts on the development of student's the creative potential.

This work shows the results of research in the increase of the effectiveness of the educational process in the field of supplementary education. The practical outcome of the research has been the creation of a sys-temic pattern of informatization for increasing the effectiveness of the educational process in institutions for supplementary education. This pattern is orientated on the perfection of the mechanisms and the organiza-tional and pedagogical conditions that enable informatization of institutions for supplementary education in the formation of information culture and in the development of information creativity in the participants of the educational process. The first block of this pattern tends to create an information media in institutions for supplementary education. The second block represents the use of informative technology in supplemen-tary education. The third block of the pattern of informatization of institutions for supplementary education is orientated on the development of information creativity of the participants of the educational process. The mechanisms of formation of information culture in the participants of the educational process are de-scribed in the fourth block of this pattern. The article describes also the mechanisms of implementation of the pattern, the perspectives of development and the approach towards the assessment of the efficiency of project implementation.
The article contains the description of an example of organizing extra-curricular activities for older preschoolers (5-7 years old) in English in the form of a reading club. It is reported how such a club can be organized, how to plan lessons with this age group, what results can be achieved with this kind of educational activity. It is stated that the educational plan and learning conditions are adequate to the federal state educational standard of preschool education.
This article considers role-playing as a means of forming communicative competence. The communicative approach in teaching a foreign language is a modern methodological standard. The technology of communicative approach means that the formation of foreign language speech skills and abilities occurs through the implementation of foreign language speech activities by students, and the process of teaching a foreign language is built in accordance with the real process of speech communication. One of the most effective techniques with students in a foreign language classroom is role-playing.
The article deals with the modern problems of learning foreign languages, which is based on the linguistic cultural component. The author describes the peculiarities of the process in the system of supple-mentary education, essential for individual creative development of students taking part in the international communication. The author singles out the conditions for successful linguistic cultural development in the system of supplementary education; gives characteristics to the modern linguistic education.
