The article proceeds from the fact that it is necessary to take into account the time component of communication as a process, paying particular attention to the nature of its synchronization. It is shown how synchronization works at different levels of communication – from interpersonal interactions to international contacts. It is noted that synchronization covers verbal and non-verbal symbolic means, and can also be considered at two levels – at the lowest level of natural development and at the highest level of cognitive functions. It is postulated that synchronization is the essence of communication, as a whole. Synchronization is discussed in two ways – as coordination and as simultaneous of actions. These views on synchronization are interrelated.
The phenomenon of synchronization in graph networks of coupled oscillators is discussed. To describe interactions between oscillators (neurons), a finite-dimensional first-order Kuramoto model without inertia is used. By means of parallel computing technology, a computational experiment has been carried out to simulate the time evolution of such networks for the number of oscillators n from 4 to 40 and for various values of the coupling coefficient K, 0≤K≤30. The influence of chosen coupling topology (including random topologies) on the amount of time required for the network to reach the complete synchronization state is considered.
This article discusses aspects for implementing the interaction of a cloud storage system for data received through a chatbot. The problems of the problem being solved are formulated, the analysis is carried out and the justification for the choice of tools for implementing the interaction of a cloud database and a chat bot is given. Telegram was chosen as the messenger for informing and collecting data; a chatbot was created in it using the BotFather service. For data storage, a cloud database was chosen – AirTable, which, although it is in the public domain, is safe for storing users' personal data in it. A multifunctional tool – Integromat – was chosen to integrate the Telegram bot with the AirTable OBD.
