The problem of the possibility of solving problems of psychological and pedagogical support of children with developmental problems from the point of view of their individuality is considered.

This work is devoted to the use of a systematic approach in the consideration of pedagogical phenomena and the formation of engineering thinking of a modern pilot. It is shown that one of the main approaches to pilot training is a systematic approach. The concept of «pedagogical system»is analyzed.

The article considers a retrospective analysis of the training of cadets of military flight universities in order to systematize approaches to flight training and determine the basic requirements for the provision of methodological support for the formation of professional flight skills, taking into account the historical development of the national flight school.
