Polymer composite materials are increasingly used as materials in aircraft, auto and shipbuilding, in the construction of buildings and structures. due to their light weight, high strength and durability. To replace carbon fiber, basalt and glass fibers are increasingly used as reinforcing fillers. In this paper, samples of basalt and fiberglass based on epoxy resin, obtained by vacuum infusion, were studied for cyclic loading with a uniaxial increasing load "tension-compression". According to the results of the tests, the average strength values were obtained: for samples of basalt-paste, this value was 182.56 MPa, for fiberglass – 179.26 MPa. The tests carried out showed the effectiveness of this method and the validity for determining the resource characteristics of materials.
It is relevant in the field of PCM research to study the influence of Arctic climatic conditions characterized by high temperature difference, humidity and intense solar radiation in the summer season on their properties. Also, a relevant task is to study the influence of bio-infestation on the structure and strength of PCM, since microorganisms use the binder composition as a source of life support. The paper presents comparisons of bending and tensile strength of hybrid PCMs, as well as their open porosity, after 1 year of natural exposure and samples exposed for 12 months, with preliminary biocontamination.

The results of the elastic-strength properties of PCM, orderly reinforced with basalt-carbon fabrics, exposed for 12 months in an open polygon in a sharply continental climate for the impact of natural climatic factors on the basis of the Center for Collective Use of the Federal Research Center of the Yakutsk Scientific Center of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences in Yakutsk, are presented.
The article describes the influence of intrapersonal conflict on the emotional sphere of a teenager. During adolescence, profound changes occur in mental processes, including the emotional sphere. The study describes how internal conflict activates the most intense emotional experiences, increases overall mental tension and sensitivity to stress factors.
