testing is a convenient and effective tool for assessing the quality of student learning. The article analyzes various types of tests and the possibilities of their use in the educational space of the university. The author considers the main functions of test in gand points out the shortcomings of the tests. The article defines the graphical analyzer and explores their capabilities to simplify the processing of test results and the development of heuristic thinking of learning subjects. Various types of dictations and tests that can be used by the teacher in the learning process are considered. The author proves that graphical analyzers are not only a methodological tool that a teacher uses, but also a way to develop a student’s heuristic thinking.

Based on the theoretical provisions, conclusions have been drawn about the need to investigate the complex of components that are interconnected in the process of forming visual-motor function. It is noted that it is necessary to study various diagnostic techniques that make it possible to assess the level of formation of visual-motor coordination in preschoolers with ASD, and the criteria for selecting diagnostic procedures for use in the correctional process of preschool institutions with ASD children are considered.
