The article considers the possibility of using an individual educational project as an effective means of assessing the level of development of students' key competencies, and also discusses the distinctive features of an individual project from the point of view of a teacher and student.
The article is devoted to modern means of evaluating the results of school students ' education. The traditional approach to assessing students ' achievements in the form of diagnostics has been replaced by the method of identifying the dynamics of their personal development. The considered method, according to the author, allows to provide a fairly balanced view of the student and to conduct the final assessment of the younger student on the basis of the results of the internal assessment accumulated over four years of training. It is concluded that in the modern Russian school, along with the traditional ones, it is necessary to use modern forms and methods of assessing the knowledge and educational achievements of students, and each teacher must take into account the needs of modern society to the level of not only the educational achievements of schoolchildren, but also their overall development.
The tests for self-examination are highlighted and their characteristics are determined for the formation of educational activity of schoolchildren. The main forms of testing are presented and test tasks for self-examination are highlighted.
Interaction with employers is a necessary condition in personnel training. The article describes the experience of working in the training of personnel for the preschool edu-cation system in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), where direct employers participate in the development of OPOP, in the implementation of the program and in the evaluation. Tracking professional development after graduation is also the result of the work of the college’s teaching staff.
