The paper is devoted to motivation of agricultural activities. This question is closely intertwined with the tasks of professional orientation of rural youth. Scientific article draws attention to an innovative project – rural tourism, in the formation of mechanisms of motivation of labor in rural areas, as an effective instrument of humanization of agricultural education (on the example of the tourist complex “Stepanov's mound” and tourist route “Marin Cliff”, the Lensk village, LLC "Velikolenskoe"). The authors hope that the government, business and education, working together can create motivational mechanisms for the person to self-realization in a rural area. That will have a positive impact on raising the prestige of the agricultural sector and the attraction of highly qualified specialists in rural areas.

The paper is devoted to some aspects of orders management in logistics. The authors compare some CRM-systems are compared and choose the best one on some indicators; shows efficiency of introduction of CRM-system (in particular, “1C:Enterprise 8 CRM” with the module “Management of Orders”).

The paper is devoted to teaching theory of limits in the course of mathematical analysis and the problems that arise in presenting educational material. To master the recording skills of the Cauchy function limit determination in the language «epsilon-delta», the authors propose a table that addressed all possible argument aspirations, written through the surroundings and intervals; provide definitions of the function limit for all cases reviewed in the table and explain in detail the content and meaning of these basic definitions on the examples of tasks. The authors offer the table that summarizes the uncertainties and shows the ways of their elimination. Calculation method of all kinds of limits on a wide range of tasks is also illustrated. The paper can be useful to lecturers and first-year students.

The paper is devoted to the historical development of geometry. The purpose of the research is to show that apart from the geometry, which is taught in schools and universities, there is another geometry, called Lobachevskian geometry. It significantly differs from the Euclidean geometry. Coming from delivered purposes, the following major objectives are identified in this work: the main provisions of Euclidean geometry and the foundations of the Lobachevskian geometry, the consistency of Lobachevskian geometry. The paper will be useful to students of physical and mathematical departments of universities and pedagogic institutions of higher education. This work is carried out by quantum chemical study of the mechanism of corrosion of steel in aggressive water-salt medium, generated 30% ammonium nitrate solution. Presented modeled semiempirical ZINDO / 1 inorganic ion adsorption process for iron cluster (available in steel in an amount of 97%). During the study were prepared and analyzed: the compositions of the complexes, the charge density on the iron atom of the complexes, a graph showing the dependence of charge of the central atom, ion corrosion rate.

The published work presents modeled using quantum chemistry package HyperChem version 8.0.7 using semiempirical method ZINDO/1 the adsorption process of organic compounds of the class of sulfonamides, such as iron (available in steel St3S in the amount of 97%). This approach, as will be shown, with high accuracy reflects the process of corrosion protection, with bacterial content by means of chemisorption of organic compounds on the metal surface with the formation of complex compounds. In the research process were obtained and analyzed: the composition of the complexes, a graph showing the dependence of the charge density per atom of iron, from corrosion rates.
