The paper refers to the concept of coping strategies. It includes the results of forming experiment, which was aimed at the development of relaxations skills of sales managers. The authors found some changes in coping strategies after using the forming experiment.

The paper describes psychological points of view on economical socialization and the results of pilot study of economical socialization of youth. The authors found the correlation between typical manifestation of economic independence of referent group and such personal features of youth as tendency to reflection and self-criticism, confidence in their positive social reputation.
