The paper substantiates the need for the development inland balneological resort areas. The authors propose to carry out design strategy of crisis management of inland balneological resort areas development in accordance with the procedure, which includes the modeling tools of strategic maps for each balneological resort company.

The article substantiates the need for operational control to ensure the required quality of service of consumers of the enterprises of hotel sphere on the basis of introduction of standard operating procedures. Proposed a package of work procedures of the business sphere, the introduction of which will allow all involved in the business – customers, employees, managers and owners to get its benefits.
