This work studies the problem of European notarization consisting in the establishment of the requirement about existence of citizenship by the persons who have shown their willingness to be engaged in notarial activity in another EU country. The relevant judicial practice, as well as the positions of several EU countries on this issue are investigated. It is noted that some EU countries have voluntarily refused a condition about nationality, and others still haven't made it even under the pressure of EU authorities. On the basis of the carried-out analysis, the author offers compromise version of the considered problem solution.

The present work analyses the draft law from 06.09.2017, № 261549-7 «About amendments to article 54 of the Federal law «About state registration of real estate», providing for the introduction of mandatory notarization for transactions with real estate owned by citizens living alone and by persons, who are under patronage and guardianship. It is emphasized that the innovation proposed by the authors of the bill certainly deserves attention, as it is another measure that promotes stabilization of real estate civil turnover by toughening of the transactions rules. However, this draft law has certain drawbacks that cast doubt on the prospect of its approval.

The problem of precontractual responsibility legal nature concept is investigated. Prerequisites of Russian Federation Civil Code Art. 434.1 introduction to the legislation and also features of its application are considered. The author analyses the relevant judicial practice. She makes the conclusion about the many-sided legal nature of pre-contractual responsibility.

In her article the author analyzes some provisions of the Federal law from 07/03/2016 № 343-FZ «About introduction of amendments to the Federal law «About Joint-stock Companies» and the Federal law «About Limited Liability Companies», that has come into effect since 01/01/2017. Upon analysis, she states the existing problems and offers the ways of their elimination.
