The problem of assimilation of social axioms is actualized within the framework of the influence of parental prescriptions on the dynamics of their manifestation in the context of social transformation. The aim of the work is to study and substantiate the characteristics of the social axioms of the "Information" and "New" generations and their connection with various parental prescriptions in the educational space of the family to improve the socialization process caused by the influence of social institutions of the family and school, society and the achievement of efficiency and quality of education at the present stage of development. A review of studies of the social axioms phenomenon is presented, which found out that domestic and foreign scientists in their works characterized the essence, analyzed the model of social axioms and the connection of five aspects of social axioms (social cynicism, belief in a reward for efforts, belief in the possibility of controlling destiny, social complexity, spirituality / religiosity) with such phenomena as self-esteem, trust, hope, locus of control, overcoming difficulties, well-being, adaptation. The issues related to the influence of parental prescriptions on social axioms and the dynamics from the "Information" to the "New" generation have not been considered by domestic and foreign scientists. The study uses systemic and generational approaches to analyze the relationship between social axioms and parental prescriptions, theoretical analysis of literary sources on the issue of social axioms, dynamics of generations, parental prescriptions, and the method of mathematical statistics (correlation analysis). Diagnostics was carried out using the questionnaire "P. Drego's Prescription Scale"; the questionnaire of social axioms by M. Bond and K. Leung (as adapted by A. N. Tatarko and N. M. Lebedeva). The results of the empirical study showed the presence of numerous connections between social axioms and parental prescriptions among representatives of the "Information" and "New" generations; the social axiom "Reward for efforts" was dominant one; significant correlation links between spirituality/religiosity and parental prescriptions prevail among representatives of both generations with the polar nature of the correlation vector. The obtained results can be applied for theoretical substantiation and forecasting in the conditions of social transformation of the increasing influence of prescriptions of social institutions on the assimilation of social axioms, as well as the development of adaptive capacity in education to the “rapid” change of reality in children of the “Supernova” generation.

The problem of academic procrastination formation among future university graduate is being updated within the framework of the higher education development, capable of ensuring the effectiveness and quality of educational results in conditions of social transformation. At the present stage of development, the research purpose is to study and substantiate the characteristics of student`s academic procrastination with different choices of behavior strategies in conflict within the university educational environment to ensure the higher education quality. A brief review of studies on the procrastination phenomenon and its connection with the university student`s individual psychological characteristics is presented. The research found that domestic and foreign scientists in their studies analyzed in detail the theoretical foundations of procrastination: definition and structural organization, approaches to the classification of procrastination, analysis of the causes and consequences of procrastination, connections between perfectionism and narcissism and procrastination. Domestic science considers it necessary to take into account the impact of academic procrastination on learning success. Issues related to the relationship between behavior in conflict and the level of student`s academic procrastination have not been considered by domestic and foreign scientists. The research uses a systematic method for analyzing the consequences and risk factors when choosing a behavior strategy in a conflict by university students, as well as the following diagnostic research methods: theoretical analysis of literary sources on the problem of procrastination, diagnostic methods and the method of mathematical statistics (correlation analysis). The diagnostics was made with the use of the questionnaires “Procrastination Scale” by K. Lay and “Choice of Behavior Strategy in a Conflict Situation” by K. Thomas and R. Kilmann. The results of the empirical research showed that the most common among students is a high level of procrastination, and the choice of behavior strategy in conflict is compromise. A correlation analysis of the relationship between the strategy of behavior in conflict chosen by university students and diagnosed general procrastination in a sample of students showed a direct, pronounced interdependence between procrastination and the strategy of competition and an inverse, pronounced interdependence between procrastination and the strategy of cooperation. It is concluded that it is necessary to reduce the level of academic procrastination through specially organized classes on self-organization and self-discipline in order to develop cooperation among students, to increase the degree of harmony between individuals and society. To do this, it is recommended to change the pedagogical, organizational conditions and content of educational activities. The results of the research will help improve the quality of higher education and serve its effectiveness in the social transformation era.

The problem of the need to find methodological foundations for building the educational process of higher education is actualized at the present stage of human civilization development in the conditions of social transformation, characterized by a comprehensive crisis and the acceleration of digital elements introduction into all areas of the life of a professional specialist. The research aim is to identify and substantiate the methodological basis for providing the possibility of creative use of digital transformation factors in the educational environment of higher school: ensuring the quality of the content and results of higher education in the context of digital transformation, the compliance of the higher education system with the tasks of sustainable development and progress in the evolutionary direction. The research found that foreign scientists consider artificial intelligence, big data, the Internet of things, cloud computing as criteria of significance for society in the era of social transformation. Domestic pedagogical science focuses not only on digital indicators, but also considers it necessary to take into account the impact of the social transformation on the readiness of teaching staff to implement online distance learning, the availability of pedagogical opportunities to ensure the quality of higher education, the impact of social transformation on the health of students. The research uses a systemic method for analyzing all the consequences and risk factors in the digital transformation of higher education and finding methodological basis for building educational process. Therefore, the main world trends in the higher education development are analyzed as a reflection of the Nature laws implementation. There are those among them that are formulated by UNESCO: the higher education diversification, radical change in curricula, movement from the qualification concept to the competence concept, merging of higher education with the work world, higher education quality as a common denominator of higher education reforms. The author highlights the impact of the society digital transformation on the processes in higher education and the need to identify inconsistencies with world development trends in the consequences of this impact in order to correct the educational process and ensure its quality, and also proposes a criterion for maintaining the higher education quality in the context of the social and digital transformation of higher education. It is the theoretical significance of the research. The research results will contribute to the efficiency and sustainability of the higher education development in its practical implementation.
