The paper deals with the layered structure of training at the higher school; possibility of graduates’ employment; employment problems from a position of labor market, graduates and higher education institutions. The author gives general recommendations to participants of training process and their employment for improvement of graduates’ professional prospects. The problem has a system character in a logistic chain entrant-higher education institution-graduate-employer-state.

In the article actual problems of youth employment in the modern Russian society. The results can be used to effectively address youth socio-economic problems in the preparation of programs aimed at solving employment problems in Russia, as a whole, and in Novoaleksandrovskom area in particular.
