The relevance of this work relates to global changes occurring in our state and society. The transition to a market economy has created a need for competitive, flexible, creative-minded, educated, moral, enterpris-ing man. In accordance with the requirements of the FSES of educational and training processes should be aimed at comprehensive development of the child. To increase the motivation of students and concretiza-tion of popular destinations among students the questionnaire was developed. The statistical analysis of survey data was conducted using a Rasch model, an important property which is the subjective objectivity of assessments.

The article is devoted to the development of tools measuring the level of creativity of students. The statistical analysis was conducted using a model of Rush, which is an important feature of the subjective objectivity of assessments. The main result is of experiments is the analysis and testing designed questionnaires. The main result is a ready tool that allows you to measure the level of creativity of students.

This paper is devoted to the development of tools measuring the level of creativity of students, experi-mental results are presented on the analysis of questionnaires developed based on the theory of measure-ment of latent variables. The main result is the recommendation for the correction of sets of items of the questionnaire.
