The modernization of preschool education based on the standard of the new generation, the realization and implementation of which is impossible without improving the management of the quality of preschool edu-cation organization.

This article deals with the subjective level of attitudes of primary school teachers to children is determined by its effect on the formation of moral and creative qualities of younger students.

Due to the humanization of training, education and development of each child more and more actual is a problem of early disclosure of creative potential of the preschool child. For justification of the theoretical importance of a problem of creativity of children, the technique on identification of level of creativity at children of the advanced preschool age which results are stated in this work was picked up and carried out.

In article it is about need and features of development of creativity of pupils. The author gives a number of the factors indicating relevance of development of creativity of future teachers and gives a complex of the pedagogical conditions promoting it.
