The article analyses the essence of the terms "quality of education", "quality higher education". Problems of improving the quality of professional training of future teachers of preschool education in the University in accordance with current regulations. Problems of ensuring professional education quality must be ad-dressed both at the state level and at the level of each individual University.

The article is devoted to the features of the personal development of a child of the preschool age. These features determine his joining the society. The main conditions providing the quality of the education according to The New Federational Standart are the following ones: respect to the personality of a child, encouraging his self reliance and individuality and creating psychologically comfortable surroundings.
