The article analyzes the problems of activity and orientation of the person in the course of training, her read-iness for self-realization in the aspect of improving the quality of professional work. We consider the moti-vational component of the focus on training students as well as analyzed the specifics of motivation career choices of students of humanities.

The paper analyzes problems of individual’s adaptation in terms of system-integrative properties of its structure. Adaptation as a complex of multi-faceted and multi-level process is considered by the authors in terms of a systematic approach that allows to analyze the complex of psychological components of personality that are related to each other and form an integral unity.

The paper is devoted to women's self-realization in period of youth and maturity. Self-realization is seen as a systemic psychological education, psychological characteristic of self-study of women at different ages. The authors reveal the features of professional, social and personal self-realization of women within the framework of a systematic approach, the priority for each type of individual self-realization at a certain age level, including the context of prevention of role conflict.
