The paper covers the basics of building a model of intra-school evaluation system of the results of its activities as a mean of ensuring the quality of education taking into account specificity of the organization and innovative potential of its development. The author determines the general principles of quality assessment, develops a model system parameters of quality assessment of educational activities, organizational and methodological conditions for the implementation of the internal school model of education quality assessment. There are the recommendations on the revision of the regulatory framework and established criteria for its improvement aimed at legislating the forms and mechanisms of a new model of intra-school assessment of education quality, streamline innovation processes in the framework of the program of development of educational organizations.
