This article is devoted to the theoretical justification of all possible errors in the attack in volleyball and to the ways to reduce them. Also, this article is devoted to the complexes of training sessions to increase the quality of the blow itself. It can be concluded that the attacking strike is one of the key phases of volleyball that requires a special approach.
