The psychological defense mechanisms of the seniors are called upon to resolve conflicts arising in the period of preparation for final state certification. Concepts such as "youth", "the personality of high school student", "psychological protection", "coping strategies", etc.

The article is devoted to analysis of correlation of actions aimed at unilateral renunciation of performance of obligations and unilateral renunciation of performance of contract. The author considers that the consideration of these catego-ries as distinct does not have sufficient merit, as they are identical, given that the le-gal consequences in both cases are the same.

The article presents empirical research results on the relationship between attachment patterns and somatic adaptation levels in middle-aged women. Women with low somatic adaptation demonstrate disorganized attachment characterized by simultaneously high avoidance and anxiety in relationships, increased frustration, ambivalence and clinging behavior. The revealed differences show high statistical significance and indicate the necessity of comprehensive psychological support considering mutual influence of bodily self-perception and emotional bonds quality.
