This article examines the economic relations between Russia and China. Increasing rates of co-operation between the two countries are presented. The pros and cons with long-term contracts between the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China are analyzed. The main areas in which the partnership be-tween the two countries is of strategic importance are showed here. Also significant moments that contrib-ute to increase cooperation between Russia and China are sighlighted.

This article is devoted to the analysis of the structure of the contract for the provision of services, the study of qualifying characteristics, the form and procedure for the conclusion, execution and termination of the contract for the provision of medical services, as well as the definition of the subject composition and responsibility for improper performance of the contract.

This article discusses the consequences of poor-quality aid under the contract for the provision of medical services. The author regards the notion of moral damage in terms of normative legal acts, as well as types of responsibilities of a service provider, who has done the damage. The author comes to the conclusion, that the service provider bears complete responsibility for improper provision of services under the terms of the paid medical services contract.

The article discusses the problem points of the implementation of contractual relations with the participation of a foreign element and possible solutions to the identified issues. The authors propose some ways of applying the blockchain technology and smart-contracts in foreign trade transactions and consider their importance for the legal regulation of such contracts. They analyze the existing practice and prospects for the use of such methods.
The article highlights the problem of qualification of restrictive measures taken by authorities in the Russian Federation and aimed at combating the spread of coronavirus infection as force majeure circumstances for participants in contractual relations.
