the article deals with the problems of professional self-determination that arise in the process of personal development and the specific choice of professional orientation. The stages of formation and self-determination of students and their professional opportunities are analyzed. Recommendations are given to educational organizations that support the process of professional self-determination of the individual.
The article deals with the formation of psychological competence of graduates of military universities. The article reveals the structure of psychological competence, which allows developing a model for the development of this type of competence. We consider the process in which the effective implementation of psychological competence is possible.
The author's and official interpretations of harassment, its manifestations and correlation with related concepts are given. Empirical data on the population awareness on the problem of harassment are analyzed.

The article examines the importance of parental education in the context of rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy (cerebral palsy). The main aspects of positioning and its impact on the health and development of children with cerebral palsy are discussed. The parent positioning training program is considered as an effective tool for improving the quality of care and rehabilitation. The need for such training is emphasized, especially in connection with the limited knowledge of parents about cerebral palsy. In conclusion, the importance of further research to assess the effectiveness of parental education programs is noted.
The article formulates the main pedagogical conditions for the formation of emotional intelligence of schoolchildren, subject to their participation in socio-cultural projects, provides an overview of domestic and foreign methods for the formation of emotional intelligence of schoolchildren, highlights criteria for the development of emotional intelligence of children and adolescents in the general education system, rele-vant for a multicultural environment. The article highlights the close relationship between the formation of emotional and social intelligence of students. The purpose of the study is to identify the most effective techniques and technologies for the development of individual components of emotional intelligence of schoolchildren through their participation in socio–cultural life, on the basis of a review of modern publications, to determine the factors that ensure the success of intercultural communication, tolerance, empathy, and communication skills. The main attention in the article is paid to the coordination of actions to establish the emotional intelligence of schoolchildren, taking into account individual and personal characteristics, socio-cultural and linguistic skills, cultural characteristics of the educational community as a whole.
