The article is devoted to the disclosure of key assumptions and actions for linking the key indicators of the formation of resort cluster destinations with the help of this effective tool, which is a MOP.
In article questions of use of system of strategic financial management on the basis of the balanced scorecard providing a possibility of its adaptation to operating conditions of bank are taken up.
The article presents modern approaches to external evaluation of the effectiveness of an educational organization. The author reveals the rating methodology as a tool for effective management of an educational organization, which allows achieving a significant increase in the quality of education. According to the author, the external evaluation criteria presented in the article can become the basis for drawing up a system of balanced indicators for a specific educational organization, but as it is emphasized, this system will be unique for each organization, since it is based primarily on the decomposition of the strategic goal of the educational organization.
The article discusses the reasons for the formation and development of the balanced scorecard system, notes the main problems of implementing the organization's strategy, the concept of enterprise management based on the balanced scorecard, reveals the content of the company's main prospects (finance, clients, internal business processes, training and development) , forming the basis of balanced indicators. The principles of forming a management system for the development of an organization based on a bal-anced system of indicators, including qualitative and quantitative indicators, are also given.
