This article presents a theoretical analysis of foreign and domestic authors' works on the problem of professional burnout. The article briefly analyzes and summarizes the results of the experimental study of psychological features of the content component of professional burnout among domestic lawyers.
the article discusses the problem of emotional burnout among university students. The key risk factors for burnout are analyzed, among which special attention is paid to perfectionism and low stress tolerance. The psychological structure of these phenomena and their interrelation with educational activity are revealed. The role of achievement motivation in the formation of burnout symptoms is considered separately. The results of modern empirical research are presented, demonstrating correlations between perfectionist attitudes, stress tolerance, motivational profiles of students and the severity of burnout components.
The article focuses on the social causes and consequences of burnout, a psychological state characterized by emotional exhaustion, decreased motivation, and reduced productivity. The article emphasizes the importance of social factors in the development of burnout, particularly in professional groups with high emotional demands, such as doctors, teachers, psychologists, social workers, and others. The article highlights that burnout is not only an individual issue, but also a consequence of the social and organizational context, requiring a comprehensive approach to prevention and support.
