The paper attempts to identify the specific features of psychological and subjective well-being among women with different work experience. The novelty lies in the identification of the internship dynamics of the components of well-being. In particular: for women with up to 5 years of experience, psychological well–being is associated with a positive attitude towards others and personal growth; for women with 5-15 years of experience, self–acceptance and involvement in professional activities; for women with more than 15 years of experience, satisfaction of social contact needs. To this end, a study was conducted, the results of which showed that women with different work experience have psychological well-being characteristics that depend on their professional experience.

The article shows that the author's image is an essential component of a literary text that reflects the writer's inner world, values, worldview, and creative individuality. University and school practices require the development of effective methods and approaches to studying the author's image, which will improve the quality of literature teaching and expand the analytical capabilities of students, teachers, and professors. The concept of "author's image" is examined using the example of A.S. Khomyakov.
