The paper discusses the differences in the indicators of emotional intelligence in nurses of an oncologic center with different work experience. The topic is relevant in connection with an increase in the incidence of the disease among population and an increase in the psychological and emotional load on nurses. The purpose of the work is to study the characteristics of the emotional intelligence of oncology dispensary nurses with different work experience. The results of the study demonstrate differences in the scales of “General emotional intelligence”, “Interpersonal emotional intelligence”, “Inner personal emotional intelligence”, which indicates the difference in understanding and controlling not only their emotions, but also the emotions of patients.
The paper attempts to identify the specific features of psychological and subjective well-being among women with different work experience. The novelty lies in the identification of the internship dynamics of the components of well-being. In particular: for women with up to 5 years of experience, psychological well–being is associated with a positive attitude towards others and personal growth; for women with 5-15 years of experience, self–acceptance and involvement in professional activities; for women with more than 15 years of experience, satisfaction of social contact needs. To this end, a study was conducted, the results of which showed that women with different work experience have psychological well-being characteristics that depend on their professional experience.
