It also examines the potential negative and positive effects of conflict in an organization and highlights the importance of effective conflict management and resolution to create a positive and productive work environment. Particular attention is paid to the study of conflict resolution techniques such as cooperation, compromise and avoidance, as well as the potential impact of these tech-niques on professional growth and leadership development. As a result, the importance of understanding the nature of conflicts and using them as opportunities for the development and growth of the organization was revealed.
