In this article, the authors consider the individual styles of behavior of adolescents in interpersonal conflicts. The study revealed the conflict sides of adolescents behavior and their tendency to conflict situations. Practical recommendations for the organization of work on prevention of conflict among adolescents are given. The study will be interesting for parents, teachers, educational psychologists, social educators and specialists in the prevention of deviant behavior.

The content of the concepts "aggression" and "aggressiveness" and their differences are determined. As a result of the study, the relationship between the level of aggression and the choice of a strategy of behavior in conflict situations was revealed.

The purpose of the work is to study the problem of organizing conflict-free communication and to determine the main areas of activity for improving the skills of its implementation in the learning process, which will contribute to further successful interaction in gaining knowledge and in professional activity. The main approaches to solving the problem of conflict-free communication are examined; the connection of the communicative act with the manifestation of the conflict is found, the opportunities of language disciplines in the formation of the skills of conflict-free communication are specified. The author draws a conclusion that it is necessary to develop the skills of constructive discussion, which allows us to prevent conflicts while defending our point of view.

The relevance of the study is due to the fact that ethnic conflicts are becoming one of the main sources of threats to public security in the Russian Federation. The widespread ethnic conflict among the younger generation is evidence of insufficiently effective prevention work among students. The need to control and prevent this kind of negative phenomena in the school environment is becoming a special concern not only for government agencies, but also for educational organizations.
