This article discusses the consequences of poor-quality aid under the contract for the provision of medical services. The author regards the notion of moral damage in terms of normative legal acts, as well as types of responsibilities of a service provider, who has done the damage. The author comes to the conclusion, that the service provider bears complete responsibility for improper provision of services under the terms of the paid medical services contract.
The article deals with the issue of ensuring compliance with the regulatory legal acts of the federal executive authorities in terms of the legal regulation of the organization and conduct of mandatory and periodic medical check-up for admission to work, a comparative analysis of changes in regulatory legal acts in this area is carried out; attention is focused on changes that require special attention from medical organizations in order to avoid administrative responsibility.

The author focuses on the main changes in the procedure for organizing and conducting mandatory medical check-up for the employer.
The need of the population for paid medical services is an urgent problem, since there is a tendency in society to increase the level of comfort, including when visiting healthcare institutions. In addition, the demand for consideration of this issue is confirmed by the growing competition among private clinics. The purpose of the study is to study the market of paid medical services, to learn about consumer satisfaction with paid medical services. Object and methods. In the period from 1.11.2022 to 14.11.2022, a survey of 178 people was conducted among residents of various regions.
Results. The network of paid clinics largely satisfies the demand for medical services, especially if they cannot be provided by a state institution. Conclusion. The competition of institutions among themselves allows us to keep up with the times, keep up with modern achievements of science and technology and thereby provide patients with qualified care and comfort when contacting.
