The article highlights the trends in the lexical composition of the Russian language. The article examines the vocabulary that appeared during the pandemic, as well as changes in the meaning of existing words. The importance of current lexical processes is emphasized.

Distance education appeared at the end of 20th century, but it received widespread use only in the spring 2020 due to the emergence and spread of coronavirus infection as a means to prevent the spread of this disease. In this article we try to find advantages and disadvantages of this form of education based on the based on the opinions of students of schools and universities on this issue.
The article conducted a study of the social network Twitter as a source of important information for public health. Potentially tonal words of socio-psychological topics from Russian-language messages on Twitter are identified and described. The semantic analysis of the text was carried out using the Advego program. Particular attention is paid to the overall assessment of the emotionality of the content, to identify which the authors propose to introduce an index of conceptual significance. The authors concluded that it is possible to capture user sentiment in near real time, which can be an important aid to government, private organizations, and the public with information during pandemics.

The purpose of the study is to ethically reflect on the health system's response to the global pandemic challenge. Object and methods. SSMU students in the amount of 100 people studying in 1-6 courses of the medical, pediatric and dental faculties using questionnaires, anamnestic, statistical methods. Results. It can be concluded that in general, students demonstrate a low level of ethical maturity. Conclusion. It should be more attentive to the moral and ethical component of work during pandemics.
Sociological aspects of vaccine prevention against COVID-19 from the point of view of future doctors
Due to the current epidemiological situation around the world, it is very important to carry out vaccination, and for greater coverage, it is necessary to raise the level of public awareness through future doctors. In a sociological study, attention is paid to vaccine prevention against COVID-19 for medical students and the direction of preventive measures against coronavirus infection, according to future doctors, is given. Evaluation of the level of vaccination among students and their attitudes towards vaccination against COVID-19 is the purpose of this study. The study involved 250 students of 1-6 courses of the Smolensk State Medical University. To identify vac-cination among students and their attitudes towards vaccination, a mass survey was conducted in electronic form using the Google Forms platform. The average age of students was 18–25 years. Statistical analysis of the obtained data was carried out using a standard package of applied statistical programs (Microsoft Excel 2016). The graphical data was generated using the Google Forms platform. According to the results of the study, a high level of vaccination of medical students against COVID-19 was noted. It was found that more than half of the students had a new coronavirus infection. The most effective for the prevention of COVID-19, according to students, are the Sputnik V and Sputnik Light vaccines. In conclusion, I would like to note that in order to fulfill their social functions, both the state and the professional community today need to work with agitation and promotion of vaccination among the population. To convey information through relevant sources for both youth and adults in an accessible language so that people can watch to new technologies not with fear or hostility, but with confidence in their safety and usefulness.
