The paper is devoted to some aspects of orders management in logistics. The authors compare some CRM-systems are compared and choose the best one on some indicators; shows efficiency of introduction of CRM-system (in particular, “1C:Enterprise 8 CRM” with the module “Management of Orders”).
The article discusses the use of a means of automating the organization's communication activities in the context of digital communication. The problems of integration of interactive workflow systems, electronic document management and customer relationship management are analyzed.
