In article professional tasks and activities of the logopedist in healthcare institution of a psycho neurological profile reveal, specific speech violations at various mental disorders are considered, value of logopedic inspection in differential diagnostics is defined. The description of the rehabilitation actions applied in an integrated approach at elimination of speech violations is given.
