The authors reveal one of the major causes of the global economic crisis as the change of technological mode (new efficient technologies replace old inefficient ones). The construction industry is not an exception. Construction is the major the industry during the change of technological orders, and energy-efficient technologies are the core of technological order. The authors with the help of economic calculation show the replacement of technologies on the example of solar batteries and suggest the mathematical model of energy-efficient technologies demand.
Energy Management System Implementation as a Tool for Maximizing Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving
ART 56051
Production inefficiency is a burning issue for the economy of Russia. It is impossible to solve the problem of energy efficiency and energy economy without a fundamentally new approach, which lies in a wide implementation of efficient managerial techniques, energy management systems in psrticular.
The article is devoted to the analysis of ways to increase the energy efficiency of sand drying. Energy-saving measures in drying plants are considered. Since 90% of all drying plants are convective, it is recommended to consider the issues of increasing energy efficiency in installations of this type. It is proposed to increase the energy efficiency of the drying process due to partial recycling of the spent drying agent. The use of this method will allow Millerovsky GOK in Millerovo, Rostov region to reduce fuel costs by 10%.
In this article, the possibilities of saving thermal energy in Millerovsky GOK JSC, Millerovo, Rostov region, due to the recycling of the drying agent were considered. The drying process was constructed on an hd diagram of moist air, the parameters of the characteristic points of the drying agent without and with the recirculation of the drying agent were determined. A possible reduction in the heat output for drying by 17% has been revealed.
The issues related to energy saving in the lighting installation of a fruit and vegetable store are considered. It is proposed to replace the existing modern energy-saving LED lamps of four types, their competitive advantages are evaluated. Lighting calculations and electrical calculations of lighting installations for selected lamps are conducted. The annual costs of electrical energy, the total capacity of the installations, and the capital costs for their implementation are determinedfor each option.
